By placing an enquiry or order with UK Release Systems, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the following Terms, Conditions of Sale.
DELIVERY
At UK Release Systems, we do our best to manufacture, pack, despatch and deliver orders in a swift manner, however, delivery times are estimations only.
UK Release Systems does not offer a guaranteed next day, timed, weekend, bank holiday or an international delivery service, as standard.
Orders placed before 11.45am will usually be dispatched within 1 working day, unless otherwise stated or notified.
We aim to sort out any occasional delivery issues as swiftly as possible. A partial or complete refund may be offered if a resolution cannot be found within a reasonable time frame.
Where a signature is not available as proof of delivery, GPS tracking and/or a photograph of the goods left in situ is/will be provided used an equivalent. We will not replace goods or issue refunds for lost or stolen items post delivery. If you would prefer that only a signature is used as proof of delivery, please specify this in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section during checkout or email info@ukreleasesystems.co.uk before despatch.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & COSTS
All online, mail and telephone orders are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which allow customers to cancel a purchase within seven working days from the day the item/s are delivered (except where those items are manufactured to order).
We do allow up to 10 days for returns, but this time frame can not be extended.
Should item/s be damaged in any way during transit from UK Release Systems to your stated delivery address, please refuse to accept delivery of the entire consignment. The courier will automatically return the item/s to us at UK Release Systems free of charge. We will either replace the consignment (or the damaged part/s of it) or issue a full refund for the returned item/s usually within 21 working days.
It is the buyers responsibility to return goods and only unopened items still sealed in the original packaging, may be returned.
We do not accept returns or issue full or partial refunds on any product that has been opened beyond the outer packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right not to fund the cost of returning any/all item/s of correct orders which have been accepted, signed for and subsequently cancelled.
TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS
